Ingredients
- For topping:
- 0.25 lbs pickle cabbage
- 1 lbs ground pork
- For sauce:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp mashed garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp chili paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- For noodle:
- 16oz wheat noodle
- 16 cups water
Directions
