Ingredients

  • For topping:
  • 0.25 lbs pickle cabbage
  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • For sauce:
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp mashed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp chili paste
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • For noodle:
  • 16oz wheat noodle
  • 16 cups water

Directions

  • Stir fry the ground pork with pickle cabbage on medium flame until all water evaporated
  • Bring the water to boil and place noodle in boiling water, keep water boiling for 2 minutes
  • To prevent stickiness, rinse cooked noodles immediately in cold water
  • Mix well all sauce ingredients, noodle, and meat in a bowl and enjoy!
